In an industry where everyone promises everything to get the job, we do not see our job as driving your freight from A to B. We recognize and communicate potential risks proactively, so we don't shy away from liabilities and work to ensure that our customers feel confident from start to finish that they have made the right choice with DAMSEN Express Logistik.

What we offer

If we say that we deliver on time, then we deliver on time. We just don't always say it.

Not all freight forwarding is the same. Not all logistics are the same. As a service provider, you can only do your job well if you understand those who commission you. We not only understand our customers, we have been in their situation ourselves. As logistics managers in various companies and industries, we have had to learn that it is apparently not enough to simply transport freight from A to B. Too many unpredictable components constantly caused breakdowns, delays and other problems that could ultimately only be partially compensated for. What really annoyed us was never the fact that a traffic jam or something similar postponed a delivery. What disappointed us were the supposedly binding promises made in advance that our freight would arrive on time, regardless of whether this was realistic or not.

DAMSEN Express Logistik was born out of the idea that real commitment can only come about through honest and transparent communication in advance. That you don’t just haphazardly accept any job, but that you give weight to your word. Today, we can proudly claim that we are honest with the statement: “If we promise on-time delivery, then we will deliver on time.” At least in 99% of cases. And in all other cases, we also deal with this transparently and do everything we can to ensure that our customers’ specifications are not jeopardized. Whether direct or special transports, partial or full loads, plant & scheduled transports or logistics services – for us at DAMSEN Express Logistik, the top priority is that our customers know that they can really rely on us.

Things go wrong in logistics – we all know that. And we at DAMSEN Express Logistik are no exception. The difference, however, is that we deal with it transparently and honestly. We work with the self-imposed goal of using our many years of expertise to proactively identify potential risks and communicate them to our customers at an early stage.

Honest and transparent advice in advance has the great advantage that both sides know exactly where they stand. The fact that we don’t ignore potential risks as is customary in the industry in order to simply get the job means that we can make binding statements. In short: if we say we’ll deliver on time, we’ll deliver on time. We just don’t always say it.

Commitment is the benefit of commitment. If we take responsibility for a freight, we really take responsibility for that freight. Should plan A fail unexpectedly, we will pull out all the stops to make plans B to Z a success. We treat every order as if our job depended on it. Because that’s exactly what it does.
